    • Two prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences and prepare for labor

      • Option 1: Two 4-hour visits per week for 5 weeks

      • Option 2: Two 3-hour visits per week for 6 weeks plus one 4-hour visit in week 7

Virtual Services

  • A 2-hour online course designed specifically for birth partners who will be the main physical support person during labor and delivery. This class empowers them to feel confident, prepared, and equipped to support on the big day.

    This package includes 40 hours of postpartum doula support. With the following hour options:

    • Two 4-hour visits per week for 5 weeks

    • Two 3-hour visits per week for 6 weeks with one 4-hour visit in week 7

    This package includes 60 hours of postpartum doula support. With the following hour options:

    • Two 4-hour visits per week for 7.5 weeks
